Merry Christmas

Yes it is possible that my dog totally hates me for doing this to her...but I don't worry too much about it because the second it is time to eat she'll love me again.

Oh It's Love....

Isn't it a sight for sore eyes? Wednesday I went up skiing for the first time this season...and can I just say that it really is heaven being on the mountain. I can't think of any other moment that I am that happy. For early season the conditions were pretty good. As you can see below there is still a bit of brush...but hopefully it will be covered by the end of the this storm!!!

Sick/ Ski Day

My boss says to me..."You look kind of pale maybe you should go home so you can be better for Thursday." So I said "good idea"...to which he replied walking away...."Make sure you don't run into a tree...."

Seriously do I have the best boss ever?

Guess who is getting sick??? I think it will hit me on Wednesday.....yes Wednesday sounds good....I already informed the boss I will be sick and I fully intend on taking advantage of this sickness on the mountain....Yes you heard me Canyons on Wednesday. Let me know if you wanna come.....

San Antonio

For work I had a quick 3 day trip to San Antonio. We spent the days in meetings and the nights at the Riverwalk. We took a stroll up to the Alamo one night. It was pretty to see it at night...what a difference a year makes....last year I was here in October during the day. I tried to dig up an old picture but can't seem to find them.

For one of our dinners we went to Dick's Last Resort. It is one of those restaurants that they are really rude and sarcastic to you. They put these hats on you that say different things and bibs. It was pretty funny, although our waiter was a bit crude. Below is my water...think he gave me enough straws? There were 45 to be exact.

If you have never been to the Riverwalk you should go, below is the Riverwalk at Christmas. Sorry the photo isn't that great, but it kind of gives you the idea with all the Christmas lights.
